By downloading or using Pushup RPG (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Health & fitness disclaimer

Pushup RPG is a game and general fitness aid, not medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are injured, are pregnant, or have any concern about your ability to exercise safely. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits and using proper form. You use the app at your own risk.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms of the app store you obtained it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play) and these terms.

3. Your account

You may use the app as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Don’t use the app to harass others, attempt to break or abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights. Friend codes and display names you choose are visible to friends you connect with.

4. User-Generated Content & Conduct

The App lets you provide content that other users can see, including your display name, an avatar photo you upload, and the name and motto of any Fellowship (guild) you create. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is objectionable — including content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, that impersonates others, or that violates any law. We operate a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We may filter, remove, or rename any content and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion and without notice. You can report objectionable content or abusive users from within the App; we aim to review reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours.

Pictures. With a Vigil membership you may upload a photo to use as your avatar. It is shown publicly to other players wherever your name appears. You must own the picture or have the right to use it, and you must not upload a photo of another person without their agreement. Do not upload anything sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable — uploads are screened automatically for sexually explicit imagery, we act on reports for everything else, and we may remove a picture and an account's ability to upload one at all.

5. Virtual items

In-game currencies, gear, and rewards have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may change or be reset as the game evolves. They are part of the game licence and are not your property.

6. Availability & changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. Online features (cloud save, friends) depend on third-party services and may be unavailable from time to time.

7. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rep detection will be perfectly accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any).

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
